Our Founding
School Lunch Pals was started by a VVS student in 2023 to help reduce the growing school lunch debt within the district. The goal is to create a school district where no child or parent must bear the burden of Student Lunch Debt. While the need is great in this community, our collective resources are greater.
When a family doesn't meet the Free and Reduced Lunch benchmark and develops an outstanding food balance, funds raised go directly back into our local school district to help pay off incurred school lunch debt.
